Very low price, good performance and build quality, good print quality... 
Large photo prints suffer from some banding, small ink cartridges will prove costly when printing large volumes of photos... 
The PhotoSmart C4280 is slow to scan at 300dpi and 1,200dpi, but the quality of colour is most impressive. Only the lack of a PictBridge port made it just miss out on the Best Buy award. Zoe Mutter Lowest online price: ££70.01...
