HTC have an announcement due tomorrow, which apparently is going to be Big and Quite Exciting. In the meantime though, I thought Id take a look at the P4350 smartphone. It runs Windows Mobile 5.0 (thats not the new and exciting 6.0, then). It sports...

H TC is a slowly but surely rising brand. The telephones they produce look professional, have a perfect hand fit and are stacked with handy Windows Mobile based functions. Also coming up lately are telephones equipped with a touch screen. On the one ha...

Can HTC impress with its latest handset?...
  • Qwerty keyboard, screen size...
  • Still running Windows Mobile 5, no 3G connectivity...
  • Overall, like the TyTN the P4350 is a good strong performer, but for us we would opt for the HSDPA touting TyTN instead...

Its difficult to recommend the HTC P4350 unreservedly: it runs Windows Mobile 5.0 rather than the recently released version 6; also, HTCs TyTN shares the P4350s key characteristics but adds 3G, which will be a clincher for many buyers.
  • Usable slideout keyboard, Quadband GSM phone with GPRS and EDGE support, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity...

Weve rarely praised a mobile phones call quality - until now. The navy-blue T-Mobile Wing sounds terrific - and as this handset is in essence a rebadged version of the much-vaunted HTC Touch, this may be good news for those who crave touchscreen mo...
  • For £329, the T-Mobile Wing is a reasonable value, given the phones versatile functionality, stellar call quality and excellent battery life. We dont yet know how much the iPhone will cost in the UK, but at $499 in the US it is a lot more expensive...

  • The Wing is a great replacement for the MDA. In a time where slim phones are in, the Wing is a monster in size but it is very comfortable at the same time. If using a stylus bothers you, then there is always the iPhone, HTC Touch, Samsung F700, and LG...

At a current retail price of $299 for new subscribers, the Wing has debuted at a full $200 below both its suggested retail, and the MDAs original launch price. If you e new to T-Mobile and looking for a Windows Mobile 6 phone, the Wing is really a no-brai...
  • Excellent GSM RF performance, Solid feel, Excellent screen, Excellent keyboard.
  • Only has a 200Mhz processor, Nonstandard headphone jack, EDGE only (no UMTS or HSDPA).
  • The Wing has some big shoes to fill. Its predecessor, the MDA was enormously popular. Can the Wing fly like its elder, or will it crash into the ground like a buzzard?Read on for the full review!...

When HTC brought out its connected Windows Mobile PDA, the TyTN, it was generally greeted with very positive vibes. I certainly rather liked it when I reviewed it back in July last year. The TyTN's stand out feature was a keyboard that slides out undernea...
  • HTC has made some very impressive Pocket PCs. The P4350 is not one of those, being in most respects average, in others below par. The keyboard is its star attraction but on its own it is not enough to sell this Pocket PC to me...
